Great well established chippy right in the heart of the town . The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. The wait was a while perhaps 10-15 mins but all food cooked fresh , but not so good of your in a hurry.parking can be an issue but there is parking opposite on the co op. Nice chippy fix , prices average for chips by the sea.

This is our go to restaurant when we visit Mablethorpe. We always eat in as it's nice and cosy and the staff are very nice and friendly and make you welcome. It is all table service if you eat in, so this is nice.There is a toilet for eat in customers.A few good deals on the menu and a good choice on the kids menu too and good portion sizes.The food is great. Overall it's a great place and would highly recommend it.
Service was spot on, was already on with an order, so the girl said she will be “with us ,as quick as she can”, so no problem at all with the service. Ordered just chips and a battered sausage, waited for the sausage to be cooked and came away with my order. Got home, well the chips were very poor, cooked in old oil, very mushy, the sausage, that was something else, I am ex forces , and you learn to eat anything, THIS is the first time I have paid for something and not eaten it, the sausage was absolutely disgusting, you can normally tell the price of sausages with the taste, well one bite was all I could manage, don’t know which wholesalers they were bought from, but I would not recommend these to anyone, to cap it all we took the batter off , and the dogs would not eat it.

Last year we had lovely fish and chips. This year we went and they were burnt and the fish was dry and very fish(usually a sign that fish is not fresh) sorry won’t be back and can’t recommend.We had to wait for them to cook our food also so no excuse for it being burnt. £25 thrown in the bin

We used to come here regularly - good portion sizes for good prices. We went tonight though and I wasn't surprised when we saw prices had been put up, but I was shocked when I saw how drastically they've reduced the portion sizes. A £3.20 large portion wasn't enough to fill up myself and my 5yr old goddaughter. We went and purchased a £2.20 regular portion from Salty's which turned out to be the same size as the large from Ocean. Won't be returning here.
