Wasn't amazing today. A bit unorganised as there are online orders coming in and this lead to stock replenishment delays. By the time the meatballs were ready (without sauce might I add) the first sandwich was cold.

Ordered through delivery, and only got a six inch when I payed for a foot long, the rest of the hot sides came cold and soggy, and finally the cookie is pretty much raw and wet

Shocking from the start. I was being served then another women was trying to serve person behind me at same time by the end 3 people where being served and getting in each others way all through serving. Got home footlong had not been cut and when unwrapped hardly anything was left in the bread everything just fell out had to eat with a knife and fork. Total mess unhappy with the experience.

Good speed of service, assuming that the people in front of you actually know what they want!! Never ceases to amaze me that people can be in a queue for 5 minutes, be surrounded by all the food options and still not know what they want to eat. Somewhere a village is missing it's idiot!
Maria the manager is completely insane. I wasn't wearing a mask, forgot my exemption badge, she went mental, was very two-faced as she smiled, but was also very rude. Will not visit again. Poor, very poor. :)
