Normally a lovely friendly costa shop which I've used plenty of times and never had any complaints to until today, a server named Ellie, now what can I say, rude, abrupt, to point people walked out, so will not be using this costa shop again if this server is on duty again

Love Costa..Service always good.. make sure & get a card & collect points..as they do soon add up giving you Free Drinks & Toasty snacks plus Biscuit & cakes..as in mine & my husbands case we had 2 free trips!
