I called at the outside service hatch because I had my dog with me and there were no cars waiting. The service assistant was very helpful and allowed me to order my drink at the drive through. The cafe is wheelchair accessible but I've never been inside.

The worst experience ever and we will never be back. Christmas Eve we wanted to drink a lovely oak milk late with our family. We had 2 free drinks and we wanted to use it. The app was showing 2 free drinks and the guy who served us saw the free drinks on the app, unfortunately, wasn't able to use of them so he called the manager, a guy with dark hair, a beard and glasses, who completely disregarded the fact that a member of his staff and a customer said that were 2 free drinks available. He was not interested at all about what we ware saying just wanted for us to pay. Excuses were made, and he was very rude, asking in the end if we wanted the coffee or not. We lost one free drink soon he processed in his till , we had to pay for another and we felt completely misunderstood for receiving this kind of service. This guy is very insensible, a bad person, who should not be dealing with customers at all. We are never coming back! But we will tell all our family and friends and social media about our bad experience. Another place would listen to the member of their own staff and to the customers but this guy is something else.

I walked for about 15 mins only to be told it’s drive through only at 6pm!! I asked if I could just order at the drive through counter and my business was rejected. I will never buy coffee from there again!!

We have visited this costa a number of occasions now the staff are very rude and always get the order wrong and when you ask them to change it they’re very rude about it. It’s dirty and you always wait ages to get served. I will not be returning to this costa again and will be advising the rest of my colleagues in the ambulance service not to either
