Indian • “Now The Raj. Dropped in on the off chance, never been before, so pleased that we did. It was about half full on a Tuesday night which was good, a nice atmosphere. First and foremost could not fault the service, there were 3 front of house so plenty to cater for everyone. They were very polite and service was not rushed nor slow. We had the mid-week special, but don't let that mis-lead you, the food was very good quality, good portion size, served hot and value for money. Drinks were not expensive and we had a good bottle of red without paying a fortune. Not a complaint at all, but for us we like the lighting to be a little more dimmed. Overall, we had an excellent evening and will definitely be making another visit soon.”
Indian • “Just visited the Mayfair for our daughters birthday, with family & friends. Superb staff, superb food and reasonable too. We will definitely be returning. When asked if it was a birthday, I didn't think much of it, but the table was decorated and there were balloons too. They even brought a birthday cake out!”
