Put an order through the app, dare to use the drive thru & they just park people up, click&serve spaces all parked in (by delivery couriers mainly) so went into the restaurant to be greeted by three couriers crowding the despatch counter, lots of other customers waiting, one of the couriers got an order put it in his bag (of which there's an entire table lost to bags) and then came back to wait for another, a fourth came in to make it even harder to get to the counter (or hear the staff as they talked loudly at each other), they didn't get anything else in the 15 minutes I was stood waiting for mine - no wonder they get bad reviews for cold deliveries, the foods lukewarm when they hand it to you. It's not getting any worse, but it's also not improving in any way.Parking: Lots of badly parked cars. Some drive the wrong way round, keep cautious!

Update: ordered tonight and half the food was missing with the ice cream tipped over the chips! The food that did arrive was cold due to the Uber Eats driver being sat in one place for about 30 mins. We had empty wrap boxes thrown in the bag too.It's about time this was sorted by higher management as its really poor for such a high regarded company. We won't be ordering food from Gallagher Park any more as its getting ridiculous now!Cold food always. Incorrect items and missing items every single time!

Decided to use the drive through at this particular location as their was no parking available in the car park.Drove into a lane and the car that was behind me drove into the other.Three cars got served before me. I had to shout for attention, only to be told to wait.Wait?The woman who served me at the next window was so rude, i wanted to tell her she needed to learn some manners.I’m not from the area as i was passing through due to work so maybe she was having a bad day…but by heck..the service was so bad. Then got told to park in a bay..No bays available as other cars were parked waiting for food.Eventually staff come out and because there’s no space in Bay 1/2, she’s having to work out who’s order’s whose. Absolute shambles.

Possibly the worst McDonalds I’ve ever had, the quarter had no ketchup, onion or pickle and was dry enough to choke a camel! ?The fries had no salt either, are we now expected to provide our own condiments? ?

Having used the Mcdonald App to place an order for delivery (which may I add, is a super platform), we have what can only be described as an absolutely appalling service from the Uber Delivery driver, he arrives then leaves immediately, attempting to contact Uber was next to impossible and when we did get in touch we was told we need to complain online, and did nothing to help at all, I then contacted the Mcdonald Branch Manager (David) this chap is a credit to the business, he could not have been more helpful, he resolved the matter immediately without any fuss, he was courteous and professional and more importantly he escalated the delivery issue with Uber.I do hope his area Manager reads this.

Suppose to be a large fries looks like a medium. All of my food was cold and my fries wasn't fully defrosted so not cooked long enough I have ordered 2 times Via the app both times disappointing as the last time they sent me the wrong drink and did nothing about it. Also, every time I go to store, it is a load of youngsters. There and they are rude and again, always have problems with the food..
Great for a breakfast wrap and coffee to set you up for the day.Clean and tidy. Wait was not very long.

Not a first time same mistake.. something always missing, got there after night shift to get my husbands breakfast, mcmuffin meal and bacon roll meal for myself, paid £12 which is very expensive for what it is.. came back home to realise my roll wasn't even there! Stop hiring underage kids who can't even pack order correctly! Enough!
