Poorest service I've ever received. Stood at the reception point for almost 5 minutes before we saw a staff member. No serving staff on the floor during most of our visitMost of the staff don't seem happy to be here.Ladies toilets filthy, pee and poo on all the seats and no toilet paper available.Pizza not hot straight out of the oven.Disappointing all round ?

Ordered from the scunthorpe branch on just eat, just eat had mixed up the order completely. Phoned pizza hut themselves to find out what had gone on. Spoke with the manager - luke and he was extremely helpful with us. Brilliant service from him. Brilliant manager.

Haven't been to pizza hut for many years and will be many more before I go back. Rang ahead to check availability, wasn't told they'd run out of a lot of stuff. Salad bar half empty, missing various things from our order. You have to order on your phone which is a faff, and we're only told things had run out after we'd ordered. We weren't refunded for stuff that wasn't available and some items were substituted without telling us (or we were just given the wrong stuff). To top the experience off they started turning the lights off while we were still finishing. Expensive for what is basically various kinds of dough too. Never again.

Best place to dine in with families. Also kids will enjoy it especially the ice cream and toppings yourself and lots of selectable available. Loved eating inside ,have a good ambient lightings and varieties of choices of pizzas.
