It's a shame that staff cannot enforce the use of disabled parking spaces by able bodied commercial van drivers. Their excuse is that they don't want their vans damagedWalkability: You have, as adisabled person be prepared to walk a good distance because all the able bodied people are parked in the disabled spots

Staff were amazing! Went above and beyond to make an unpleasant trip due to a family emergency on my birthday as nice as possible, they even left me a bottle of wine and flowers in my room Can’t thank them enough for the kindness and service. Clean and spacious rooms local to everything that you might need.

I complained about the very strong smell of weed in the room opposite to mine where the night staff told me it was too late to sort out the the next night apparently my tablet playing Netflix in my room, let me say that again my TABLET was too loud!!!! Absolutely shocking!!!!!
