Just moved into the area thought I'd try the local chippy. I must say that they serve the worse fish and chips I have ever had the chips were over cooked and dried up and the fish was under cooked with the batter light coloured on the outside and still runny on the inside.Must find an alternative chippy cos I won't be returning to this one.Sorry.

Chips were cold and shriveledSausages coldFishcakes looked anaemic also cold apparently had only just been cooked 5 mins before we walked inCurry sauce lukewarm with a strange tasteI used to rate this chip shop now I will steer clear and would advise others to do the same.Total waste of moneyOnly given 1 star as I can't give no stars

Absolutely awful! We have been a few times to this establishment and each time it’s been terrible! First time we ordered half a chicken which we waited half an hr for, to then get home and find it was so overcooked it was inedible. Next visit we tried the pies to which was stone cold and was just not nice considering they were advertised as ‘puka pies’. The last and final time we visited, we weren’t even acknowledged when we walked in even though there were 2 women at the counter front. We waited to be served but they had no interest in doing so (Great customer service)!! In the end we walked and have said never again!!! My advice would be STAY AWAY!!

Went for my tea . What I wanted wasn't in the top box when everything else was. I hadn't time too wait so bought special fish ,chips and large sausage chips.peas and gravy. Got home which is only 7 mins by car. Batter on fish and sausage were soggy and uncooked yellow batter inside. Chips scrappy .Gravy thick and lumpy. Peas thick could cut them with a knife. Didn't like our meals .Was expensive too
