Visited Smoke and Iron with 7 friends for my birthday. The food was amazing, loved the atmosphere, the waiter looked happy to be there and the prices were very reasonable. Overall a great night and will definitely be visiting them again soon. Thank you.

Party of four eating in the restaurant, all food excellent, between us we had 14 different dishes and all good to excellent. Service good, atmosphere and background music spot on. Industrial feel softened with lighting makes for smart interior. Given the whole ambience and quality of food amazed we had the whole restaurant to ourselves on a Friday night.. wake up people !!Vegetarian options: Decent options for us veggies considering it's a smokehouse/bbq theme.

Amazing place, in middle of an industrial estate, into a room, then waitress takes you thro to a grotto where the divine smells filter through, seats about 30 in quirky surroundings you won't be disappointed, we happened to be in Scunthorpe for an appointment so we were early as they opened, but still had a vibe, others soon filtered in my wife had burrito, I had Moroccan meatballs added to which we had the festive dirty fries I'd seen online, OMG the portion was huge a d sooooo tasty, we could hardly move. A doggy bag was required for the leftovers. I've never been so full for under 30quid for the pair of us, great value for money we took our own wine but the place has a licence now so that is being phased out I'd can't recommend this place highly enough, piping hot, great portions and quirky surroundings, what's not to like matt and edwina
I have been to smoke and Iron many times and have also ordered food to take away from them. The food is always amazing and there is something to suit everyone. The food always attest amazing whether you eat in or take away and it is great value for money. I always recommend to friends and family. If you haven’t been yet, you should definitely try it.

We ordered a takeaway for my sons Birthday and as a family we didn't really rate the food, I will however give them their due on the ribs as these were wonderfully cooked.After only a 3 minute drive home the food was lukewarm at best and all required a reheat in the microwave.We had read the previous great reviews and seen the place on Rate My Takeaway and thought we'd give it a try, unfortunately it wasn't for us.I will say the portions are good but for me it just lacks something for the price. Maybe my expectations were too high.It's not somewhere we will visit againI've given 2 stars for food quality, 5 stars for service as the 2 servers we met were very polite and 3 for atmosphere as I think we were just in a waiting area.

We ordered the sharing platter, food was absolutely amazing, service was great, hopefully back again soon. I had a blueberry lemonade cooler, very nice. Never had anything like it before.

Fantastic staff who really took care of us, we had requests for vegan food plus a diabetic in the party and they did everything they could to help us and make us feel welcome. Lovely atmosphere too.
