We have eaten and had takeaways from here for 8years but won't be returning after tonight's takeaway. The food was such a disappointment, the currys were all in puddles of water, and seemed a strange consistency like they'd been thickened with something, the chutneys were a peculiar range of colours, grinch green and a strange red. At collection my husband said diners were in coats and he could see his breath. Such a disappointment as the food and service has been excellent here for years prior.

We had a meal in the restaurant. It was quiet but it was a lovely atmosphere and friendly service. The food was delicious as always and I would highly recommend visiting this establishment!

The takeaway service from this establishment was absolutely shocking. We've always had food from here in previous years and loved it. This time has completely ruined the experience for us and we will not be ordering again. At 5:35 I ordered 5 mains, 2 rice and some starters to arrive at 7:00. By 7:45 we had received nothing and we had to call to find out where it had gone. They could not tell us what had happened to the order and had to send out new food.When it arrived, there were 2 incorrect meals, and one korma missing. I called and they corrected the 2 incorrect meals and were unclear about the korma. We waited 20 minutes. They delivered the corrected meals but did not deliver the korma. The man on the phone was extremely rude and insisted that the korma had been delivered. We sent the delivery driver back to fetch the missing korma. The restaurant rang again to insist that a korma had been delivered and said he was not being argumentative (whilst arguing about the existence of the invisible korma). The customer service and manner in which he spoke to his staff and customers was appaulling. The man I had spoken to on the phone came to deliver the korma himself this time where he continued to insist that we were lying about the undelivered korma! It is now 9:08, 128 minutes (not the 60 minute delivery time) after the meal should have arrived, and finally everyone has what they ordered.Save yourself the stress, order from a restaurant who cares about their customers.

Ordered a takeaway at 17:30 for delivery at 18:15. At 19:00 I phoned to chase the order and was told they were busy and the food will be with me soon. At 20:45 I’m still waiting. The food is good but my last 3 deliveries have all taken at least 2 hours more than originally quoted. I won’t be ordering from here again
Absolutely terrible delivery for the SECOND time. I ordered a few weeks back, on a Saturday, at 5:30 when they opened, I got my food at 20:45 (with half of it missing), having called them 3 times to be assured “it’s on its way”I finally called at 8:30pm and requested a refund. They told me it was 2 mins away, it was in fact 10 mins, one of the rice and both naaan forgotten.Anyway, tonight I went to my dads, again, he ordered at 5:30, was told an hour it would be with us.18:45 we called to be told 10 mins, called again at 19:20 as had my daughter who was starving, it finally turned up, piping hot and the delivery driver admitted he had been sent straight from the kitchen to us as delivery was obviously forgotten. Onion bhaji and naaan also forgotten.I have never had an issue like this before, being late is one thing but I wonder how many things they’re charging for and not sending in deliveries. Will fine another take away. Will never order from here again.

Bloody delicious curry and very good portion sizes. Service was good despite him being on his own and doing three jobs at once. Pay a visit you won't be disappointed.

Ordered for collection and had to wait 40 minutes after my collection time for my food to be ready. The past few times now they said it was down to staff, but the problem clearly hasn't been fixed. It's a shame as the food from here is amazing but the service staffing is a major issue. I'll be ordering my curry from the alternative restaurant in Sleaford from now on...
