we went to this great place from tattershall as a family group of 10 ,they seated us quickly in a well set out pub .We then ordered our food and drinks sat down to wait for our food wasn't expecting it to be quick as last time we went to a local pub (The packet inn ) tattershall we wait 3 hours for a sub standard meal but thats another review .drinks came over then food and came it tasted and looked fantastic. Also ordered dessert they were great as was the kids brownies and ice cream sundaes were more then good , like I said travelling 30mins but well worth it well done the pub and food is a credit to you .ThanksThe madhouse UTBParking: Easy in and out

The food was good, but they didn't have a takeaway and have a jacket if you are near the rear door.

Took an elderly gentleman with me for lunch after a shopping trip. A huge sizzling meal arrived. I didn't think he would be able to finish it all, but we both polished off our platefuls. This place is lovely inside. I was pleasantly surprised, and disability parking available.Enjoyable. Thank you to the lovely staff for helping the gentleman through the door and allowing him to shuffle to the table at his own pace. It was much appreciated.Parking: Disability parking next to the entrance.

The pub is nice and welcoming and the staff were helpful. We went midweek for food out but my choice of a meal said it had chicken breasts - it turned out to be 1 breast cut in 2 ? and the meal was very small. Luckily we ordered 2 different meals so we ended up sharing the food.

Good pub food. Friendly staff and service was spot on. Perhaps wouldn’t recommend it if you wanted a child free experience.Fair sized car park and nice outside seating.

A lovely pub that has a nice friendly atmosphere. Lots of choices with different beers and drinks.Food is good but could do with a little bit more attention to detail and quantity.Nice place to drink and eat for all the family. Parking available. Staff are really good.

I visited the Jolly Scotchman pub recently. The service was just okay. However, we were disappointed that one of our dishes was missing Pico de Gallo when it was served. What bothered us even more was that there was no mention of this ingredient being out of stock when we ordered. When we brought the missing Pico de Gallo to the staff's attention, they did apologize, but unfortunately, nothing else was offered to make up for the oversight.Given the service and the missing ingredient issue, it's likely that we won't be returning to the Jolly Scotchman pub.Edit: 30 Oct 2023 - As you can see below the pub requested I contact them. I did, no reply to date. Another example of their poor customer service ?.

Better than Wetherspoons (but not by much.)Free parking and directly on my route. Very helpful staff and I did have a remarkably decent pint.Spacious place and open for food at a 'difficult' late Sunday afternoon time. Sold out of the classic Sunday afternoon food you probably went for but let's not quibble. Exactly met my expectations.

Stopped for a meal here Saturday 30th September. What a lovely place!! Completely accessible for wheelchair users. The staff were welcoming, friendly and really helpful with my dad who is in a wheelchair. They couldn't do enough for us and really made us feel welcomed. Would love to come back!! Keep it up guys you're doing a great job ?Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible with a clean, spacious disabled toilet.
