Just had a delivery. Absolutely awful food! Couldn't eat it! Utter waste of money. Over cooked, dried up. Brown sweet and sour sauce that tasted like jam! Terrible!

Ì have used lucky star for a number of years now. Never had a problem . Deliveries always on time. I am 20 mins from sleafordcand never had a time problem. Always recommend and always use . Brilliant food and service. Many thanks lucky star.

We ordered food from just eat. Not only they messed up our order but they were extremely rude on the phone. I was reading them my order and they told me that I was wrong. eventually they realised that they were reading the wrong order. I asked for the special rice that they forgot to give me and a bottle of coke 1.5l. when the driver came back to bring us the forgotten coke and the rice, he told my son that they wouldn't give us the rice as they believed that they gave it to us. I also need to mention that the coke was 1.25l. not 1.5l that we paid for.We are very disappointed with their customer service!

From placing my order it took precisely 2 hours for it to arrive, having initially being told it would take 35 minutes. When the meal finally arrived it was stone cold - not good enough sadly. I won't be using Lucky Star again.

Order food to be delivered after 75 mins I rang to check and was informed the delivery driver was out with my order and had been for 10-15 mins so should be with me shortly, another 30 mins had past making it 105 mins from order time where I decided to drive to the restaurant and they still said it was out with the delivery driver. I gave them an ultimatum, if my food was not ready in 10 mins I wanted a full refund and guess what, my order surprisingly was done in that 10 mins.
Wife and I had the 1 box meals plus I had a chop suey roll. Couldn't fault it and the roll was delicious. At under £5:00 each for the 1 box meals the value was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Have ordered on 3 separate occasions via just eat at this restaurant. Twice we had a full refund as after ringing 2 hours later our order still hadn’t left the takeaway. They blame everyone else; chef, drivers despite the app confirming they have confirmed the order. Gave them a third try tonight and the same thing has happened. Absolutely shocking customer service. Looks like I will have to contact just eat and get a full refund once again.

Ordered on Just Eat. Accidentally clicked collection rather than delivery. Couldn't cancel order as they immediately took order as being cooked. When I rang to cancel they just said contact JustEat, there is no cancel on JustEat once order had been accepted. Rang again and all I could hear in the background was 'why didn't they just get the order right in the first f.. .ing place. Now lost £40, will not be using this place again.
