The drive through was extremely busy but was still pretty quick. The toilets inside were reasonably clean. I opted for my classic meal of 5 Chicken Selects with Fries and Coke. The Chips were average, but the selects were pretty good.

Visited Sleaford Macdonalds on Saturday and although it was heaving, we were so impressed with Ann, one of the staff members, who had a smile for everyone. She kept the tables clean and cleared and helped us with a discrepancy with our order promptly and efficiently. She deserves the recognition.Vegetarian options: The Mcplant was good.

Brilliant freindly and efficient staff. They asked and checked twice for our order details as my husband can't have bread as wheat intolerant and my son can't have full sugar coke. Quick service and order was correct. Chips were pipping hot which most mcdonalds fail on.

Whatever your opinion it is very consistent regardless of time and location, so you know exactly what to expectVegetarian options: The McPlant is a very good vege optionParking: Very easy to parkWheelchair accessibility: Good access for wheelchair users. Doors are automatic and open wide. Same level access to counter service and remote ordering. Seating as well as disabled toilet is on same level. Staff were on hand to assist.

Out of courtesy I have given one star. After travelling down from Dundee all Iwanted was a cup of tea before continuing onto Norwich .After taking my order the girl took one look at the note and said in a very loud voice is that scottish money ? When I said yes she said we can't take Scottish money. I have used this place often and it's the first time being refused. Would she have taken Scottish coins?Will not be back.

Ordered 2 Philly stacks meals, one of them came with no meat in. How does this even happen? A compliant to customer services has not been answered. Drive through seems to be really slow recently.

This must be the slowest Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to.When I said about the wait for food I was told very clearly that they were not a fast . food restaurant by the server.The duty manager really needs to motivate his staff.

Standard McDonald's but in a great location on the main roundabout between the A15 and A17. Easy to stop off when passing through with a good carpark and drive through facilities.
