Almost inedible. 3 sweet and sour dishes, all of which tasted like vinegar. Chop suey smelt like dish water, and looking extremely unappetising. Chicken chow mein, dry and tasteless!Best thing of a £50 order, the rice, chicken balls and prawn crackers. Will not be going here again.

Probably the best Chinese takeaway in Sleaford in my opinion. Great menu, normally quite quick if collecting, I try to phone my order through in advance. Delivery can sometimes take a while, especially during peak times, but probably to be expected being so popular.Parking: Mostly park directly outside

I'd previously given open kitchen 5 stars. The food is excellent, however, this evening i placed an order for delivery and was told within the hour! I had to call them an hour and ten minutes later only to be told it will be another twenty minutes! Clearly my order was forgotten about!

Awful service. Told 15 mins, received my take away after 1hr 45 mins, stood waiting in shop for 1 hr 30mins. Food not even good, chips are always burnt or cold or both.

If I could mark this less then one star, I would. I have used Open Kitchen for years, and very rarely had a complaint. I’m not sure if it has changed ownership, but the quality of the food of late is awful.Had a terrible meal this evening. I was originally given the wrong food, one of the meals was missing. I returned what clearly wasn’t mine, but when I got home, the dish I was given was shocking. I could not eat it. I was tempted to take the whole lot back, but I couldn’t be bothered with a third journey. I got an apology but I don’t think it was sincere.Will never use this place again.

Phoned an order through this evening for delivery total cost £85. Told the waiting time was 1 hour, after 1 hour 20 minutes still no delivery. Phoned back to be told they were very busy and the order wouldn't be ready for at least another hour. Needles to say we cancelled. Why take the order if you know you can't deliver the food?? Unfortunately we will not be bothering this Chinese again.
