Customer service fail. Ordered online and picked up to get home and find part of order missing, when I phoned I was told they CAN’T refund their error (no point driving there again as rest of my food would be cold when I got back). Won’t bother going back again, plenty of other choice at least!

Had a steak and kidney pie and chips. Not sure how many times it had been microwaved but 1 piece of meat and the rest was nuked remains. See picture. Won’t be going back

Service was great, really helpful guy serving, telling me how it would work out less for me to pay and they will bring it out to my car when it was ready. I thought the food was fine but not the best fish and chips I've ever had.
Lovely fish and chips with a wide menu choice, looking forward to our next visit when we are in the area

Usually top quality pie & chips, once in a while chips can be slightly over cooked for my taste but as good as you get in town.Parking: Pay and display 24/7 or run the gauntlet at being caught ?

Gone downhill since lady owner left. Phoned order 30min before going told 10 min ready. Got there not ready waited further 15 min whilst girls didn't bother getting it ready and did orders for others walking in.. Spent over 30.00 not anymore.... How to loose customers.
