Had fish and chips.and sausage and chips with mushy peas.friday 1st March. The cod was absolutely covered in oil and soggy chips where all glued together disgusting. My chips all glued together sausage I couldn't even bite through and mushy pea tasted like soup .hope I don't get food poisoning will never go here again stay clear....as for the person on the till was so rude.oh yeah as I was carrying food back to car the bag almost split and had to hold the bottom of bag....I seen less oil on a oil rig....

Disgraceful and covered in fat cod and chips stuck together so binned as I don't want food poisoning....attitude when I phoned very poor...put phone down on first call told too busy....I phoned again....

We love the fish and chips here , lovely white cod, good portions , plenty of chips and loved the little touch of a sachet of tartare sauce and wedge of lemon when they first opened which we appreciated as it made us feel the owners were putting a little extra care into the food. I was told today they no longer do the lemon as some people preferred not to have it in the box but you can ask for it if it’s something you like. Lovely polite staff and great fish and chips, highly recommend

Food was not very nice because the chips was cold and like rubber and the fish was not very nice either, that's the secound time round the food was not nice I've had food from them in the past and it as been good.But no, sorry guys I will not be going back there to soon.

Chips were awful. Cold and dry. Very disappointing. Had bought here previously and was nice. Shame that the standards seem to have gone down

The fish and chips are amazing and of excellent quality. The porrtions are more than enough and the staff are really friendly.Would highly recommend.

Never ever had an issue with this place, food has always been brilliant…..however, ordered from there yesterday and the regular staff were not there but hey ho must still be good right ? No, not by a long shot, chips were stale and bland, fish was soaking in grease and again no flavour, my daughter had chicken nuggets and they just tasted like pure oil, now all three of us are suffering from extreme guts ache today….I’m not sure what went wrong but I hope they sort it out, but safe to say after this experience I will not be ordering from here again which is a shame.
