Went today and everything was just perfect. The waiter was a young lad and he was brilliant. The food was lovely and came very quick and was hot. I would definitely come here again. X

Have been to this restaurant before and had a good meal but this time burger was burnt and chips were dry and not fresh plus baked potato hard. I found a whole chilli in my burger as well - there’s spice then there’s spice! When my father complained about the burger the staff proceeded to pretend it was our birthday and bring over a strawberry with a candle in it whilst playing happy birthday. Maybe they should grow up or they will all be out of jobs given the performance of both the waiting staff and the chef. Won’t be ever going there again.

Service was great, good portion of food was cooked well, and price was reasonable. Restaurant got busy quickly after we arrived but everyone was looked after in a timely manner from what we saw. RecommendedParking: Own parking area but can use Springfields car park at reasonable prices.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of disabled bays with ease of accessDietary restrictions: Asked at point of order if we had any dietary requirements

The food was the usual Frankie and Benny's so it was good. But it was not worth the price. I've never paid so much for their food! Clearly raised prices simply because it is next door to Springfield's.

Had a really nice lunch today, really tasty

Lovely attentive waitress, food came quickly. Potato skins were disappointing, they were more like very dry jacket potatoes....literally too much potato for a skin if you know what I mean. Rest of the food was very good, overall a lovely lunch out

Very polite staff, food was piping hot and freshly made. I'm not normally a fan of this chain but this particular restaurant has made me change my mind.

I have been to many Italian style restaurants but the food here was not very good. Italian only by name. It was like much worse Pizza Hut. Although, visited by many mothers with small children. Probably because Pizza Hut is no more available.Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free options.

We had a frustrating experience with F&B's. The front of house staff were lovely and quickly saw us to our seats. Our waitress quickly pounced on us asking for our order when we had barely sat down, we asked for more time and again had barely had a chance to look at the menu before she returned. Admittedly when we were ready she answered all of our questions, but the interaction was cold and felt as though we were a burden just being there. Kids food was served after 45mins with our starter of mozzarella sticks. Kids finished their dinner and were served desserts before we received our mains another 45 minutes later, I wouldn't mind but we had a christmas pizza and Caesar salad. The pizza was very strange and was not an overly pleasant experience, and the chicken in the salad was dry and the croutons were burned. We have been here before and had a great experience, but this time it was the opposite. I'm hoping it's a one off, but be warned the kitchen is massively slow and the serving staff are pummeling the staff in there by rushing covers. Can only score a 2 on this occassion.Kid-friendliness: Overall fun F&B vibe, very welcoming to familiesParking: There is restaurant parking, avoid the main Springfields car park otherwise you will have to pay

Ah Frankie & Benny's. Out for a day at Springfield Outlets and we thought let's treat ourselves to a Frankie & Benny's... yum! 2 adults, 2 kids (4 and 2). It started well, met at the door and guided to a booth and the friendly member of staff brought activity sheets and crayons for the kids, brilliant! Second member of staff, friendly and efficient at taking the order. A starter portion of calamari appeared within 2 minutes, wow nice one! Then the while experience fell over.Sometimes it seems rather nice to see the open kitchen and food being cooked as you wait but it was genuinely a bit disturbing, kitchen staff looked haunted (seasonal pun) and were spreading order tickets around the counter like confetti. Portions of chips and other plates were sat on there for 15 minutes without moving. I can only accurately account for these 15 minutes because we waited over half an hour for anything to happen after that initial speedy starter plate. And what was it that happened after that half hour wait? News that the kids menu side, mash, wasn't available - how was this info not available at time of order? Waitress apologises, I ask for an update on the rest of the order as not only am I famished but... I have a 4 and 2 year old, hungry, moody and quickly becoming frustrated at sitting in a booth with no food action. I'm told the BBQ platter is just coming to the serving plate! 30 seconds later it settles on the table. Still no sign of the kids meals, which to be frank Frankie are the real priorities for any parents. My eyes settle on the platter. The platter style of F&B's has obviously fallen on hard times over the years. The ribs looked like they had already been chewed, I picked one up to show the waitress and it was just a bone, no meat. None. They were a real sorry state. And the rest of the plate looked a shambles. Still no kids meals. At this point we gave up, offered to settle up for the drinks and calamari and please just let us leave. The manager (I'm assuming) arrives and fair play to him and worthy of the 1 star left on this review, refused to take payment for the drinks/calamari and even offered to box up the one kids meal which was anywhere near completion - I declined more because I was worried I would have to stand there for another half hour than anything else.We walked over the road to the Kitchen Restaurant, were sat down at a table of our choice in 30 seconds flat, had hot food on the table within 10 minutes of ordering and were back out and at the shops half an hour later. That my friends is how it's done. Perhaps not the rack of ribs I was hoping for but hey, happy kids, happy parents, happy days.A side note on the ribs. I was so surprised at the state of them, presented as a broken up pile of bones with bits of sinew on the odd rib that I asked the manager about it. He told me they have changed their approach to ribs and don't present them as a rack anymore but in this new manner. Completely baffled! If I'm going ribs I want to see a glazed rack of ribs in one piece, no?All in all, shameful.

Started well, nice polite and friendly welcome and drinks served within minutes. Food ordered and was well over 45 minutes to wait to be served then all food lukewarm at best. Didn’t complain this time as restaurant close to full and just wanted to get out and come home. My wife has had horrendous diarrhoea within 20 minutes arriving home and was perfectly ok before we went to restaurant and ate. Franky and benny hit and miss at best of times, but unlikely we will ever set foot in any of these restaurants again. Shame, had some good meals here but that’s the last one tonight.

sloppy service, awful food my chicken had hot and cold spots, I don't get how they can mess up when it's simple food. wouldn't eat here again so overpriced and bad quality

My friends and I meet up once a month and enjoy supporting local businesses, so we eat out at a different restaurant each time . We was abit dressed up I suppose as we was going into town after for drinks . Initially the service by our waitress was good and we enjoyed our starters . After then it went down hill rapid . Even though we was one of three tables in use the service was poor . Not sure why because everyone else was being served ok around us . We asked for desserts and the manager was rude it was clear as we was last ones in there I think we wasn’t welcome . They started cleaning the bar area while we finished eating them three of my friends went to the toilet . Suddenly there was four staff burst out laughing about my friends . Unfortunately for them they hadn’t clocked I was still sat at the table and was talking about my friends in a rude way . Much to the horror of the manager she soon realised I was there watching and nudged the other staff .The food was ok but the staff clearly not used to a group of ladies dressed up was rude . We will never return to eat here and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone .
