It's a Starbucks, it's big and spacious service was quick but then I was the only one in there.

Grubby furniture. Dirty cups and plates left on tables. Whole place was filthy. I normally enjoy my mocha, but this was tasteless. We won't be going back.

Perfect light refreshment, coffee excellent. Friendly staff, clean and tidy.

Coffee shop with few staff, no clean crockery, or anyone in charge who knows how to run a branch of a brand with such a reputation! Sandwiches which were way past their sell by date graced the self service chiller.

Coffee and Toasted Sandwich delicious. Decor very dark and dull. Needs to brighten up....floor needs a good clean and sweep. Would I go again probably yes.

Certain items blacked out on the menu, due to being out of stock, which is absolutely fine of course. Eggnog latte still listed on the menu, so I ordered that, as it's my go-to festive drink."Sorry sir, we're out of stock of eggnog."Bloody ridiculous. Why not black it out on the menu then? Absolute shambles, what a disappointment.

Awful experience. The place was absolutely filthy! The tables had used cups and plates on, the floor was disgusting. Ended up getting a take away coffee and heading out quick! One person walked out as the service was appalling. Never again!

Great Starbucks, drinks were quick and the food was delicious. It's a shame that the place was a bit dirty though.

Absolutely rubbish service. Staff were so busy having a conversation that we had to wait to be served. Then the girl that served us couldn't log in on the till so the other one was shouting her log in number over. She got one of the drinks size wrong and put them in takeaway cups despite us saying we were sitting in and the label on the cups saying that.

Went in to try the Christmas latte. Terribly disappointing as the latte was Luke warm . My wife had a chai latte which wasn't hot at all. sat inside but it looked dark and dingy.

Stopped for a coffee and a cake. Both were lovely, nice seats and plenty of space to sit and relax. 2 terrific young members of staff serving, well done, great service and very helpful, polite and friendly. Thanks.

Really disappointing seating area. Summer time so it's expected to be used constantly. Tables all wonky so drinks spill. Awful peeling paint on chairs and benches. Unkempt planting area. Shame.

We were served efficiently, politely and as expected from a Starbucks. It wasn’t too busy, with no queues; coffee tasted great and the staff were lovely.

This store is always quiet and the staff are friendly and make you feel special. They will often serve your coffee/food to your table.

Visited for a shopping pit stop, what a disappointment. Cavernous coffee shop due to ceiling height, seating arranged in rows ( worse than the drs waiting room) around the outside edges of the floor space and very very cold. Toasted tea cakes were given to us as we paid but then we had to wait over 10 minutes for drinks! Consequently tea cakes were cold, as were we. Asked for hot chocolate to be extra hot, was barely warm. So we ended up with cold toasted tea cakes and luke warm drinks, very unsatisfactory and not a single apology in sight! Even when you have to wait and wait and wait for drinks the staff don’t suggest that you take a seat and they’ll bring the drinks over, no you can just stand and wait. Very, very poor....... no wonder Costas, on the same site, is always very busy!
