Just spent a few nights here for a work commitment. So the location was perfect for me and really easy to get to from EMA by car, straight run down the motorway.The room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable.Christine is a lovely host and nothing is too much trouble for her. And compliments to chef Jane , proper tasty food served throughout my visit.A little gem of a place. Highly recommend.

We are very local & just had an evening meal for my partner birthday. We had booked about a week before & discussed a menu that would suit us all. I even had to change the time due to work & Christine was very helpful. We had a lovely table and drinks we wanted was in stock. All the three courses where delicious and plentiful. My wife and I stayed here as part of a visit to Lincolnshire for the East Kirkby Air Display. On arrival we were greeted by Christine and made to feel most welcome. We stayed in Room 4 in the rear courtyard. The room was amazing with exquisite decor and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was out of this world with a free standing bath and a very large shower. A lot of thought has gone into designing the interior of this accommodation. We had our evening meal here, cooked by Jane, and this also was great as was the inclusive breakfast the following morning which set us up for the day. Christine was a great host, happy to spend time chatting with us, as was Jane. It was a shame that the Red lion was fully booked for the rest of our visit as we would have happily stayed here for our four nights. The photos in the gallery do not do justice to the accommodation This is a great place to stay and a credit to Christine and we would highly recommend it and will stay again when we next visit Lincolnshire

This is just a fantastic hotel with a really friendly staff and an owner that really cares. The food is always presented to a really high standard. The rooms are all spotless and presented in their own individual style. The grounds are immaculate. Just a quick word about the main resident "crumble"a wonderful friendly, family dog, that will melt your heart. We have already booked for next year....

We visited the Red Lion for a family meal this week. Only us in there at the time The host and chef were very attentive. The food we ate was varied all home cooked Very tasty food but a bit on the pricey side for a country pub Ten pounds for a glass of prosecco Twenty pounds for a double gin and tonic and a bottle of beer. Unusual atmosphere.. felt like I was in someone's home

Had a lovely meal here this evening with the family ,first time trying this lovely pub , fantastic service , polite staff and brilliant food and very well priced to ,the atmosphere is lovely nice and quiet and relaxing will definitely return and recommendFood & drinks: Came for here food not to stay just to add as we are local enough to the area but would highly recommend it to people to try

We called in looking for a nice place to have a meal . The patio looked fabulous ,the sun was shining & we couldn't wait to sit and order a meal the lady serving at the bar was abrupt not welcoming + said they were fully booked despite the restaurant not having one person in it and only about 5 or 6 people at the bar. We were really disappointed as the outside area was so appealing on a summers evening.We didn't feel we we even wanted to stay for a drink . Disappointing
