Overall, I had a great experience ☺️ pizza was not to the point of astoundingly awesome, but I can't say it was not good either... I definitely would love to go back, but I want to see a little more improvisation from restaurants like Dominos ❤️

Dominos Stamford hasn't let us down, they offer some good deals and thankfully deliver to our village just outside Stamford. Always pleased with the quality of the food, delivery and timing of delivery / collection.

The only place in Stamford that doesn't accept cash! Sadly I had to lock my bank card due to it being cloned.Shockingly poor service that sadly ended up in such rude, abrupt conduct, all because I asked ti oay by cash, not card.

I walked in and asked for a vegan pizza - just a plain base with vegetables.I was told, "You have to order it online.""Can you make me one?""Yes, but you have to order it online. It's not on our system.""Let me get this right. I'm here in the shop, you have all the ingredients, but I have to go on my phone to order a pizza (without cheese) that you will then make for me?""Yes.""Can't I just tell you what I want over the counter?""No. You have to go online."I told him to forget it, and bought my tea elsewhere.What an absolutely ridiculous situation!

Disappointing as usual, they seem to struggle when cooking pizzas here. Ordered takeaways on and off over the past couple of years from this store and the pizzas always arrive looking anaemic and not fully cooked - cheese not golden. I don’t understand what is so difficult in cooking a pizza correctly - perhaps setting the oven to the correct temperature might be an idea?When I worked in a Domino’s store a few years ago we didn’t have this problem. Sort it out!Prices are also laughable and take the mickey!

Domino's is usually the last on my list when it comes to food options, but I may have to rethink that. Idk if the company changed their dough recipe or if the Stamford branch just found some brilliant cooks, but our pizza looked like an advertisement and the crust was delicious. Best domino's pizza I've had. Whoever was working on 6 Nov ~5pm: you deserve praise and a raise

Just popped in for lunch ordered a large pepperoni and ham pizza for just £7.99, was absolutely amazing! guy serving at the front, who also made my pizza was very friendly
Dreadful service! Ordered vegetarian / vegan pizza online. Collected item, got it home and found it to have ground beef in it. Phoned store, Manager basically said nothing to do with him, it’s the website’s fault and to complain to head office. That would be at 8pm on a Saturday night so not likely. For some reason, the store manager doesn’t feel he or his staff should be dealing with issues linked to orders. Happy to take the money from customers but not to deal with any issues. A very basic refund or new pizza would have been acceptable, but not from this store manager.

We ordered 2 large pizzas as a Friday night treat. We placed our order at 20:25 and sat back and relaxed. However, our hopes of having the convenience of our food arriving at our door were drastically shattered when after AN HOUR the app was showing that our pizzas were NOT EVEN IN THE OVEN! My husband phoned to be told that yes - the app was correct. They haven't employed enough delivery drivers so we will have to wait another hour: A TOTAL OF TWO HOURS for our pizzas to make it to our house! In the end, my husband drove down to collect them - however we ended up paying the same as having them delivered, although they threw in a garlic bread for free which does not make up the difference in cost between delivery and collection. Do not order if you are expecting your food to make to your house. We will not use them again.

Lactose intolerant daughter, so ordered two vegan cheese pizza's. After waiting an age, got them. Upon checking both had normal cheese. They did sort it but there for nearly an hour in total. Got a free bottle of coke but wouldn't have been much good if daughter had eat said pizza's.

Ordered online at 16:00hrs, app still showed they were about to start prepping my order 1 hr 15mins later. Called the store to ask and they told me the order had failed. Order the same over the phone and they tried charging me more as they said the prices are less online!? Pizza turned up fairly quickly only to find the order was wrong. Called up again to get our money back and complain and the woman on the phone wasn’t even apologetic. Could hear hear in the background talking to who I assume was the manager saying ‘apparently they’re allergic to cheese’ (the whole reason we ordered the vegan pizza). So now I’m waiting on someone to come back and collect the pizzas from us, been charged twice (once online and once over the phone) so waiting for refunds and still haven’t eaten 3 hours after the first order. Embarrassment of a store and staff clearly have zero customer service skills. Would not ever order from this store again.
