We came here for lunch today along with a friend and her toddler. The staff were very helpful and kind, and the food was lovely- I had the Iskender kebab which was excellent. Great food in this busy and vibrant restaurant. A nice menu, reassuringly short which tells me it’s all home made! The loaded hummus and baba ganoosh were delicious with warm bread to dip. The lamb kebab I had as a main was delicious with tender lamb tasty as it had been cooked on a fire. I have only dropped start for this review as the size of the restaurant lets it down as we were sat on a thoroughfare to the toilets. Passing through Stamford this evening we decided to stop for a bite to eat. Decided on The Mad Turk and went along in the hope we could be fitted in. Lovely warm greeting and they found us a table, food absolutely excellent, staff professional and attentive. the whole experience was excellent from start to finish..Thank you
