Always love visiting the blonde beet, the food and drinks are always excellent and I love everything they stand for, great to feel you can go out, enjoy yourself and and feel good about contributing to an independent, sustainable Business.

It was both mine and my friends first visit, after reading such positive reviews, I have to say we totally agree, food was delicious, all the staff super friendly. What a gem to have in Stamford! We will certainly be back.

I've never had a bad meal here.

Set in a beautiful historic building with a small amount of outdoor seating. Friendly service. A short menu of plant-based dishes, with the emphasis on seasonality and sustainability. Imaginative and interesting dishes, full of flavour. We were passing through Stamford en route south but would have loved to have lingered longer, to further enjoy the food and wine.

Delicious! We had two burrito pies, carrot salad, a brownie, and two coffees. All were 10/10 highly recommend. And a bargain at £30. The salad was large enough to share. It’s so rare to find local, healthy, tasty, and affordable food when dining out. Loved it, can’t wait to go back again and again

Visited for lunch. We had booked ahead having been before we knew it gets busy. We were given the table in the window on the first floor. The other tables are outside. We ordered cauliflower tacos while I had the aubergine and tomato stew. Both we’re delicious and filling. This is a place for great food but patience is important as service takes a while.

This is one of the best cafes I’ve ever discovered. The food is insanely good. The cinnamon muffins and blondies are to die for and I’ve no idea how they make such delicious food without butter. I’ve posted a photo of their brunch pie. Just look at it and how pretty it is! On top of the lovely food and beautiful surroundings, their dedication to recycling and repurposing is just wonderful. Fab staff too. I go to a writing group on a Wednesday morning here and just adore it. I really love this place.

Great meal on Friday evening, sat in the pretty courtyard on a warm Summer's day. Jo's food is just amazing - such inventive recipes. The sauces are amazing and make all the dishes so special. Don't forget to book yourself a table for a lovely way to end the working week!

A great coconut curry followed by brownies with ice cream which was simply superb. If you think a plant based meal is boring then go to Blonde Beet and be convinced otherwise

Found the Blonde Beet on Tripadvisor and called into Stamford for lunch there with our two dogs to break a journey up the A1. It was a lovely restaurant, with truly delicious plant based food, and the owners and staff were very nice indeed. It was an extremely enjoyable experience and we will most certainly be returning.

I love The Blonde Beet and have been going regularly since it opened. I really enjoy having little bits of everything - so the hummus and vegetables (with an extra wedge of bread) is my favourite! Wonderful staff and atmosphereDietary restrictions: All plant based food

Absolutely beautiful food, perfectly balanced in flavour and, well just gorgeous. Just finishing our anniversary meal, this place is on par if not better then NOPI in London. A must try!
