“Went here for a business lunch. Friendly staff. A few challenges ordering from table due to mobile phone signal, WiFi and then registering, so would probably been quicker to get served at the bar ??‍♂️Food nice although a little on expensive side for what it was ( £11 for a burger and chips)”

“Fantastic service and super kind staff! We went there for breakfast right at the end of the breakfast serving time as we had been let down by another establishment! They waited for us to get there with my family didn’t rush us as my Dad has had a stroke and my mum has dementia. It can be very stressful to go out just breakfast but they were kind and calm! We had a lovely breakfast and we all went home with full stomach’s. Thank you for your kindness and patience!”

“We stayed at Village Hotel at the Wirral August Bank Holiday 23. We received great service in Housekeeping especially from “Hakam - H” … reported broken iron board and needed fresh towels and within 10 minutes everything sorted lovely. We only had breakfast on the Sunday but member of staff Jackie was very welcoming great smile lots of banter and so happy. The restaurant was very busy but still made sure everybody was ok and always a lovely smile. Early departure Bank Holiday Monday and before we left we went into restaurant where breakfast is served to say goodbye. Once again can’t fault her lovely character, happy and smiling. More staff like this are needed and the Village won’t to thank them for being such great members of the Team …”
