Placed an order online for collection. Was being finished as we arrived, or so they said! 30 minutes later and numerous times asking, we finally got our pizzas. They eventually admitted they had messed up with one pizza and it was being redone- which it wasn't. 3 made sat keeping 'warm' under the lights. The manager was rude and not willing to accept they had made a mistake. When we eventually got our 4 pizza the manager was heard saying what is their problem? When home, 3 pizza were only warm and now a little soggy and 1 was fresh and hot not what we would expect.Very poor service, staff - especially the manager wouldn't accept they made a mistake. Oh we did get offered a free bottle of pop! 4 hot pizza that we paid for would be more acceptable.

Order a pizza deal for 3 people. Cost just over £10 per person. I collected the order so the food was piping hot. The staff are very polite and try to sort your food as quick as possible. The Birkenhead dominos is only small so there isn't much room to sit in, but generally deliveries are pretty quick and collections are always very fast. The car park is very small, there's only 2 designated spots for dominos, otherwise there's a few other spots you can use when just stopping to pick up your order. Would definitely recommend

Food tasted nice it did, but the pizza was wrong, just flat out wrong. And poorly put together I had sauce and pieces of pizza all over the place. It is not hard to make a half and half pizza with the selections chosen by the customer.

Poor service and simply rude. Can't order a gluten free pizza on the collection deal on the app. So I called up and a nice fella sorted it for me. But it got worse after this.Next time I go, they won't put it through. So I go into the store to order, 'its online exclusive.' So I explained I'd just had it on the offer and they didn't care. (£5.99 small collection offer)I had to pay £10.99 for a Any Sized Pizza offer, so I thought I may as well get a large pizza. Oh wait, you can only get a small gluten free pizza. Joke to charge people stupid prices for an intolerance...We regularly order from here but its been a while. Hopefully they have an over

If I could give it a zero rating I would. The food is inedible, it arrives luke warm not hot, you can guarantee it will be burnt, you get barely any topping. Absolutely disgusting food! Why on earth pay almost £30, for a Pizza with barely any topping, a few undercooked wedges, a few chicken strips, again, Luke warm (so you don't eat them) and a single serve bottle of coke!! How does this place stay open!!

A bit expensive but it's definitely worth the price. You can not get better pizza for the same prices. Only wish their workers paid a bit more attention to details, work on their pizza cutting skills and actually uniformly cover the pie with the toppings instead of just randomly throwing them on.Can't complain to much tho'. They're doing a decent job overall.

What awful food and customer service. I order from dominos in Upton whenever I fancy a dominos and tonight has just reminded me why I will continue to go back to them and not here. Half yes half of my pizza had hard cheese on. One half was melted and one was completely not! They also put tomato sauce on the base instead of bbq? I rang the shop to ask if I could have another pizza delivered and I would return the one we had. The response was terrible. Told me to ring head office as he “is not willing to send me another one out as it is impossible for one side of it to be melted and the other not” I said I understand this but it is and I will send you the pizzza back so you can see for your self. Still the same response. Will never be ordering from here again! Dreadful.
