The best place to eat in central Birkenhead by far. I ve been going to this stylish place for a couple of years now. It has a impressive historic fascia , very attractive interior and relaxed atmosphere plus good choice of food and ..friendly staff ( hello Dana).See the pics here. Right opposite McD s on Charing Cross in the heart of Birken-vegas as us locals call it. I can always go to Riviera and relax , enjoy the stylish decor and not feel pressured at all. Ordered a delivery of the seafood pasta. Really wasn't expecting this kind of quality, esp from a delivery. Green lipped mussels, fresh salmon ,king prawns and squid all tasted superb in a garlicky tomato sauce. My partner had chicken and mushroom in a cream sauce and loved it. Big portions too. Will be going back
