“Our fave coffee place in birkenhead, i have a very complicated coffee order usually caramel latte with soya and sugarfree and staff here is very accommodating especially Ben. There was one time months ago that i ordered my usual and the guy that served me back then just looked at me in disgust and felt judged that i have a coffee preference, he even commented “you just have to make it complicated dont you” but ben is always welcoming and assured me that it is ok and even looked at that male staff disapprovingly. That barista does not work there anymore im not surprised because he doesnt have customer service skills. But now, including ben who is our favourite , the other staff are quite helpful and efficient and professional. Keep it up guys ?”

“Only small,but meals are lovely,always cooked well,decent portions and big mug of tea or coffee,very reasonable prices and the ladies behind counter friendly and helpful.”

“Had @No32 for my Dad’s funeral on Friday. Everything about it was spot on from our initial chat with Nat to the presentation and quality of the food. The extra touches of having staff there to serve the hot food and keep it all looking good was brilliant. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thanks again to Nat and her staff. Would highly recommend and will use again.”

“Just a regular subway. Nothing special about the place, it's inside Pyramids Shopping center. The staff do their work, not friendly or arrogant. Enough space to sit, easily accessible. I felt the customer service could have been better.”

Good choice for the health conscious.Parking: Car park is to accommodate shoppers at very small complex, which includes Subway. Always spaces available.”

“Some love working in Hospitality others don't, seems that way here. A means to an end. More smiles & enthusiasm needed. Delicious as always as made as you like but floor seating needs a good overhaul, replaced, sanitised & cleaned regularly & properly. A popular busy place so why is there no investment to pretty it up & have someone bus the tables, toilets & floor throughout service ? This site could be so much more..American subways are impeccable in service & seating their customers.”
