Over 25p more for VPower petrol than Shell Fuelsave petrol, what a joke. I thought fuel prices had come down, not here though, for VPower. Might have to hunt out the nearest Esso as my car goes even better on their premium unleaded than it does on VPower.

Apparently unable to fuel my van backwards due to no available pumps on the correct side despite no prohibitiation notice of this, but another van fuelling in direct sight of the attendant with the driver on his phone throughout fuelling wasn't a problem? Better risk assessment training for staff perhaps?

On the way to work today, my car ran out of fuel and I had to stop here. Unfortunately I forgot my wallet and debit cards at home, I realized this after buying £50 fuel. Even though I told Don, the person in charge, he did not accept my payment afterwards. He would just give me a form and I would come and pay before midnight today. Unfortunately, although he could have done so, he did not. He made me wait for 1 hour and I left to go to my workplace. When we talked to Shell's headquarters, we were told that we could fill out a form and leave, but the friend at the cashier did not accept this. After 45 minutes of driving, they called and said that if we did not bring it in until 3 o'clock, the police would take action against us. It's already 1 o'clock. Unfortunately we had to go back. I went home and got my wallet and came back and paid my debt. I've been buying oil from Shell for years, but this was the last time. Unfortunately, the racist attitude of the staff made me very sad. because there is no other explanation for it. After paying my money, he did not even give a receipt, but I had to go and get it again. We have been exposed to a disgraceful approach today. I couldn't go to work either.

Really pleasant staff. Everything in the shop is so clean and well organised. A little expensive for some products but that's the nature of a garage.
