Every time we visit this particular Subway in the afternoon from 3pm we are told the hot drinks machine is broken. This has now happened on 4 separate occasions. The staff obviously can't be bothered making hot drinks or want to clean the machine early so they pretend it's broken. Very poor.

Order from them regularly on Uber, always fresh, always delicious. Often times have to call due to Uber app not allowing selections, the lady I’ve spoken with there is very polite and courteous. Disgusting service. Paid over the odds on just eat, didn't get my full order, called to explain, I was basically called a liar and told they can't do anything about it and to deal with just eat.

Usually happy with this subway. Recently however staff serving wasn’t friendly. Bread was burnt, was like eating toast and the amount of filling and salad inside was so minimal all you could taste was the burnt bread!

Busy in peak times. Cappuccino had a very bad taste. Something was off in coffee. Asked for vegan and staff put chicken and refused to replace. Staff serving was very rude. Paid the full price and had to give sandwich to the homeless guy outside. They should learn from mcdonalds and replace if there is miscommunication or staff made something wrong. Won't recommend anyone to go to this subway.
