I ordered two foot long subs to be delivered. They arrived on a brown roll, no cheese, no garlic mayo,wrong salad,not toasted, had some horrible sauce on it so we couldn't eat it,they went in the bin.Messaged the place, got offered a quarter of the bill total as a refund! I said no I wanted a full refund,they said it's been done and closed the case. Today I was emailed to say I'll be getting a quarter of the whole bill refunded.Absolutely fuming!

Good customer service in there, obviously subway scran is subway scran, ya like it or ya don't, but staff are friendly and helpful in this gaff, ya know da.

Placed an order on just eat app paid £35 what a waste of money. I order 2 small meals and 2 large meals ended up with 4 small meals so called store said sort it said they send rest out. An hour later still nothing phoned again said out on delivery but it never turned up so paid for 2 footlongs and only got 6" meals. Also didn't get the crisps or cookies I ordered. If haven't got them it should state that they are unavailable on the app when ordering.

Was stood for nearly 10 minutes with my family while they prepared Internet orders. Wasn't even acknowledged or "I'll be with you in a minute". When the server realised he had made a mistake on the Internet order he had to start it again. They must realise that if someone has taken the time to visit their shop, they should give them the same time and effort in return. They should maybe have more staff or have one person doing Internet orders, one person serving the inconvenient humans who turn up! Poor show Woodchurch Rd Subway!
