Me and my husband walked into subway yesterday as there was a special offer on the staff made us feel unwelcome so we decided not to go for the food but we still ordered two lattes after that we decided to look for a table even though the place was empty and we were the only customers the tables where mostly full of rubbish, the time we were there the members of staff were sat talkingi n one of the booths. one they've had my links to clean and they were sat there me and my husband sat across from them and we have to put somebody else's rubbish in the bin all in view of the two members of staff my husband went to the toilet and he said it was like it hadn't been cleaned in a month I don't know what is going on with this subway weather if it is the staff or management but when it first opened it was the best one around here please can we try to get back to these standards

Place was dirty, tables weren't wiped. Girl doing bread was miserable and unfriendly it all fell apart, the machine had run out of the drink my grandson wanted and nobody was bothered. Been here before and it's been good, don't know what's gone wrong here but won't be returningParking: Its always busy

Subway Bromborough. Food was the usual brand good standard, but one of the servers was so rude. She barked at me that 'bacon isn't vegetarian' ( well duh!) when l asked if they had a veggie bake. Then snapped 'are you vegetarian?' as if it was some crime against humanity( for her info I'm NOT a vegetarian). Sarcastic and aggressive from the off and the place was filthy, so will deffo never go there again!

Awful customer service, attitude and all the sandwhiches are rushed and fell apart. Staff got annoyed at customers for not being able to answer question. Would help if they didnt whisper behind the counter and actually looked at customers when talking.

Order subway from here. Missing my drink, cookie, crisps and dip with my cheese bites. Cheese bites are freezing and taste vile. My subway sandwich is freezing cold, not toasted nor any cheese on which I requested. Absolutely appalled! Do Not use this subway!!

Closed 15 mins early, really wanted a subway today and said it closes at 20:00 we got there at 19:45 and locked, sign off. About 4 other people also wanting to go in and get food. Extremely disappointed. Times need updating to say closing at 19:45 if theyre the new times!
