I reserved currency here last Thursday. Went to collect it the following Monday (today) and was told they didn't have it because they reached their order allowance on Friday and then forgot to order it. No apology was given and we were spoken to very rudely by a member of staff. They had my contact number and didn't even phone to notify me of their error in ordering. I'm going on holiday tomorrow and will now have to find another currency option at late notice. I understand mistakes can happen but the customer service was appalling.

This is a horrible supermarket. Poor quality fresh food products. Poor customer service and overpriced products throughout the store. Go to Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons for better quality products.
This store, because of its location, has a less affluent customer base. And as such, attracts the most disgusting individuals.
Stabbings are frequent events, and customers fighting in the car park area is commonplace. Store staff have also been attacked by customers too.
My advice, shop elsewhere.

Large Tesco with good sized clothing section upstairs. Can often pick up a bargain. Fresh made pizza is a top choice and can be cooked in-store if preferred. Managed to pick up a 4 man tent for just £7.38

One of the biggest Tesco stores I've been in! They have absolutely everything here! Two floors and lots of parking available - no risk of not finding somewhere to park (!) (although you might have to walk a bit) and the Mersey Rail station at Bidston is just the other side of the roundabout. Fuel is available here too. I found everyone to be very helpful and welcoming. A good impression for a visitor from outside the Wirral.

It's huge, has ample parking place. Shopping in Tesco is always a pleasure. Loads of items with variety of choices with the price tag more or less agreeable. Good to save on petrol price per litre when you shop here either way.
