Cafe Nero get you act together, give your cafe a deep clean, cobwebs , dust dirt everywhere Counter, display cake covers dirty . Floor filthy , come on cafe nero het cleaned up.

As patrons, we hold an expectation for establishments to maintain a certain level of aesthetic appeal and functionality, and it is evident that this establishment is currently falling short in meeting those standards.Furthermore, the customer experience was further impacted by the demeanor of a member of the staff on duty during my visit. Regrettably, the individual in question appeared to be in a state of evident unhappiness, which was reflected in their interactions with customers. Their disposition, characterized by a discernible sense of grumpiness, inadvertently cast a shadow over the entire visit, diminishing the otherwise enjoyable aspects that Caffè Nero typically offers.It is worth highlighting that the success of any establishment rests not only on the quality of its products and services but also on the demeanor of its staff and the ambiance it provides. By addressing both the physical state of the store and the demeanor of its employees, Caffè Nero can ensure that its patrons consistently enjoy a positive and pleasant experience, thus bolstering its reputation as a desirable destination for coffee enthusiasts and casual visitors alike.

I wish they would follow the Nero practice of putting the coffee straight on top of the hot water instead of via a glass for an americano.
