Shop assistants always cheerful and the service is always very good. The coffee is great and the assorted food to compliment the drinks, good.

Great for grabbing a quick coffee- side hatch in alleyway is a nice feature if you’re parked badly and allows you to keep a look out for the traffic wardens?

Recently refurbished. It looks smart and is smaller than before. Friendly service and the coffee was lovely
Really disappointed by our experience. The whole place was filthy, no tables had been cleared even though it was empty, no excuse for this. Our table was dirty with hot chocolate all over the floor and it went on my coat which has since stained; not what I expect. They need some supervisors in there and to clean it all up, won't be going back any time soon.

Place was empty and the tables were full of dirty cups and drink spillages on the floor. My coat ended up with a big stain on it as hot chocolate had been dripping off the table. Don't bother wasting your time!
