Absolute disgrace. Took money via justeat, but didn't deliver order. When I called, they pushed me back onto justeat, who also wouldn't refund. I asked phoneameal if they could just do the order again, but wouldn't.

I rang and ordered Singapore chow mien and salt and pepper chicken wings and was told to collect in 20 minutes. I arrived at the shop 20 minutes later and was still stood there 25 minutes after that until a customer came into the shop to return his meal as it was the wrong one, yep, it was my meal he had taken home and brought back again. The Singapore chow mien was very bland tasting and the salt and pepper chicken wings are the worst I've had. I've lived in Formby just under a year and I have tried all the chippes (some more than once) and there are sadly no decent Chinese chippies in Formby other than the restaurant. I will start driving into Crosby from now on.

Sorry but when you say 30 minutes and I’m still waiting almost an hour and a half later and your phone must be off the hook as I’ve tried calling 143 times very disappointed and hungry love your food but this is not acceptable at all

dear god, whatever you do, don’t order food from here. i’ve tried it before and it’s been average at best but this order was just abysmal. it was 30 mins late, when i rang and asked on the whereabouts the woman i spoke to was very rude and put the food down on me. it finally came and the girl took the cash and walked off without a word with a presumed £8 for herself as a tip?? didn’t bother calling her back because it was raining and i felt bad but there’s no way i would’ve tipped that much, even before i’d tasted the food. everything was cold, soggy and tasteless. the char sui buns were 99% bun and 1% meat. wont be ordering again

I've had a few meals from Phone a Meal and they've been nice . Got one tonight and it was awful . The rice was hard and we must have got the last of yesterday's chips . They were like bits of crisp . Needless to say the lot went in the bin . So they've lost my custom .
