My husband and I visited today and got a footlong chicken and bacon sub with tiger bread. This has to be the best sub I have ever tasted. This was made by Callam who was a lovely member of staff. So friendly and professional. We had a latte and husband had a tea. His colleague Tika was very pleasant too. A lovely little team who worked together well.

Surly girl at till, challenged me when i picked a cup up to get a cold drink advising me I needed to pay for. Slumped over desk with head in handsi. Went next door to Gregg's for a cold drink much friendlier .

Went in on my to work, i was the only customer, lettuce brown, tomatoes and cucumber soggy looking. Ordered sausage on cheese herb bread, bread was stale, the whole sandwich was inedible, i would of taken it back if i had time, coffee was cold as well. I won't return!

Nothing hardly went on the baguette..dry bread a spoon of chicken and a spoon of grated cheese ,2 strips streaky bacon .mostly salad.The meat cheese or bacon was hardly noticed .it's actually disgusting serving portions.nothing like the advertisements. Grossly disappointed and I've had well better.ill buy an make my own in future it will cost me less and it will be by far superior

Everytime I go in a guy with a smudged name tag is either snappy with me or other customers when they tell him what they want. But changes his attitude straight away when the boss is around... honestly ruins my day when I get spoken to like that ?
The guy inside was very helpful with information regarding past promotions and current. He told me his name but Las I forget. Silly me :-). The sub was top notch and the service was the best I've had at any subway. Thanks! I visited on 5th Feb at around 5pm.
