Paid £20.49 for pizza, 1.25l fanta and a side order. pizza + side turned up without the fanta. I told the driver I was missing the drink. He said he'd go back and get the fanta I ordered. Around 30 mins later he came back with a 500ml bottle. I told him "I'm sorry but I ordered a 1.25l bottle and you've came back with a 500ml...this isn't what I ordered"Then the driver had the audacity to say: "oh you said you didn't get a bottle. I can't get you the bigger one, the store is closed, bye".You didn't deliver the drink - then when you came back, you STILL didn't deliver the right drink and tried to blame me!!Why not check the order before you set off? Clearly that didn't happen. Twice in a row! Never again.

Total muck . It cannot be difficult for a specialist pizza company to produce an edible pizza but it was utter muck and went straight in the bin. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering

bought 2 large pizzas. bases were white and uncooked. toppings just warm. store closed so couldnt return them. straight in the bin. shame on them
Wouldn’t even put one star but there’s no option for no stars, pizza is just wrong from here, all sauce no cheese, don’t follow delivery instructions would rather have beans on toast next time save myself the money and disappointment. How hard can it be to make a cheese an tomato pizza.

I usually love heswall dominos and never had any issues but accidentally ordered from there tonight. As a Student I have two dominos stores saved on the app and I forgot to switch to my uni one. The staff, while I was on the phone to them to cancel my order, laughed at me, mocked me and said how stupid I was. Very disrespectful and down right rude. Sort your staff out.
