106 Telegraph Rd, Heswall, WirralThe dishes we ordered were good. The sharing steak was cooked to perfection, but the meat wasn’t the tastiest. We still enjoyed it however. The truffle and Parmesan chips were out of this world. We both thoroughly enjoyed those.Service was attentive and personable, the waitress was friendly in her interactions. We did overhear them saying there are usually more staff on a busy Friday night, but we found the service good enough with just the two of them.Atmosphere wise, without other diners in the room (we sat downstairs), there isn’t much of a vibe. I’d recommend requesting sitting downstairs (it’s very small) as you get somewhat of an ambience from the sounds and delights of the kitchen. It’s our first visit here and we weren’t expecting to literally be sat in what felt like a living room of a house. For the price (3 courses + wine was around £180 with service charge for 2 people), we were expecting something a bit more upscale inside.Nevertheless, we’d return at some point, but I don’t think it will be our go to restaurant for a nice meal.

We were back again and we had to have a curry before flying home. this place is fantastic, it's not very big but the food, staff and atmosphere are terrific. We certainly did the restaurant was so busy the legs on the staff couldn't move fast enough. 150-158 Telegraph Rd, Heswall, WirralI've only lived in the North West for 2yrs and in that time I've completely fallen in love with Mowgli's (Water St).I genuinely didn't think it was possible to find a restaurant to top it.However after visiting both Liverpool and Heswall Barton Rouge restaurants I've been blown away by the quality of service & food.I would not hesitate to recommend Barton Rouge to anyone and cannot wait to return.Thanks to all the staff at Heswall for helping me embarrass my uncle Shaun on his birthday tonight ?

All good quality and in biodegradable boxes.My only disappointment was not receiving the discount (for collection orders £50+. i had planned to order 9 next time, but this is a bit expensive for a grandparent!

Pensby Kebab House

They always give you a free garlic bread with cheese with every order, so don't bother adding one to your order if you want one ?. Food is well priced and they also have a 5 star food hygiene rating, which is always appreciated!
