Food was absolutely diabolical. I had a value meal consisting of old hard flakey bad tasting chicken with chips that were cooked , sat to rest then re fried when I came in to order and god knows when the doner was cooked. The meat itself was not even on the burner. Mine came from the hot pot, which again begs the question how many hours ago it was cooked. Im working away from home and was really looking forward to a good feed but the pic shows I couldn't stand anymore . The crusty "breadcrumb" was already flaked of the chicken in the box. And none of the food was prepared or boxwed in front of me but in the "back room" .... i urge you to give this place a definite swerve until they get new management

This is a great place to get fast food. Plenty of choice . Burgers are superb plus all sorts of kebabs . Not expensive and big portions . Nice helpfull staff.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals availableParking: You can park outside to pick up . But only a few spaces. Just park round corner to pick up .Wheelchair accessibility: It's takeout fast food looks ok to get wheelchair in but delivery is available .

Service isnt always upto standard waited over an hour for food but the pizzas are nice and worth the money when its buy one get one free.
Just moved to the area and made the mistake of trying pizza tragic a few weeks ago. Enough said! Went to Heswall pizza and kebab tonight for a last minute tea and it was amazing. Really fresh, perfect base just the right thickness and tasty too. The toppings were fresh and tasty too. Definitely a winner in my house! Really polite and friendly staff too

Absolutely dreadful! Ordered for delivery and two hours later still waiting after being told "five minutes" every time I've phoned. Poor excuses given "we got busy" all of a sudden despite being told an hour kind ago "its just left, it'll be 5 minutes". Still no food after 2 hours and no real effort to sort. Finally arrived and the driver admitted he'd done 5 deliveries before ours! We've ordered from here for years and this will be the last time. No attempt at real apology or customer service.

Apsoulutely abysmal service, arrived 2 hours and 10 minutes late, the first driver didn't arrive so had to do another fresh dinner, ordered chicken kebab donner wrap and large donner kebab the donner was a small and cold, garlic bread nice, shouldn't have paid for it as they simply didn't deserve it won't be back apsoulute joke of a kebab house.
