What can I say this is the first time in my life appaled by a subway. I think the name was Stephens the server came across rude, lazy and dumb. The taste of my sub was also disgusting, bread was rock solid. The salad was gritty probably didn't get washed.Avoid this Subway at all cost.....

I visited here with my daughter and hoped it had improved from the last time we visited… unfortunately it hadn’t. Stood waiting for a while to be served only to hear from one of the employees he really didn’t like working there. We were given our subs… well it was chucked in a bag and opted to sit in. 5 tables to choose from and all were dirty…when I asked for a cloth I was asked “why ?” “Um………because the table is filthy) Tables cleaned… and the sun was eaten.. unfortunately mine was hard rock on the crust and it had to be thrown. I don’t think I’m going to give it a third chance!!!

Dreadful. It was 6.30pm, the one member of staff had switched off the open sign and put all the food in the fridge and was cleaning up. I wanted a sub and had to tell him the ingredients from memory as they were not on display. The toaster was not the standard one as that had broken. The toasting was overdone and spoiled the sub. He did not pack it correctly either. The running of this outlet is always sloppy in the extreme. I have also been to the outlet at Bromborough. Staff there are also very poor. I understand all the Wirral Subways are run by the same company. They need a reality check. Poor customer experience and staff that take advantage and lose them profits

Came in a few weeks ago and the young lad was amazing, friendly, brilliant customer service, could sell ice to an eskimo but said it was his last day unfortunately. Came back to Heswall Subway, especially to take my daughter to takeaway the food for her 11th birthday. I checked times on the door last time said it closes at 6pm on a Wednesday, we got there just after 5:30pm and they had closed. Very disappointed :(

Am a vegan of 4 years now, I ordered a pizza specifically vegan. Which I later found out had chunks of meat. utterly diabolical never again.???????

Shocking.The lady preparing the sub was coughing constantly over the food. No mask and no attempt to cover he mouth whilst serving, and even though the owner could see the lady coughing, he didn’t intervene.I asked for gurkins but the lady put hot helipino pickles on without me realising.2 counts of dangerous.I will not use this establishment again.Parking: High street shop

Absolutely never again. The service was appalling with the rude woman serving me licking her fingers and using her bare hands. She kept having to read instructions on making a meatball sandwich with onions and cheese. Firstly, she burned it and one of her colligues had to take it out for her when she was doing absolutely nothing. Secondly, I was with a friend who has been vegetarian for 4 years and had meatballs in his vegetarian pizza which was used with the meatball sauce and had chunks of meat in it. I have never been so let down and disappointed at one of my favourite fast food chains. Never go to heswall subway please stick to dominos.

If I could put 0 I would. Ordered 11.45 arrive at 2.15 . Order was wrong no cheese on both subs not toasted. Delivery guy put the food on the floor and left in a hurry. Order was through just eat. Won't be getting a delivery again. ?
The food and service has got to be the best around if you visit heswall I highly advise you to get a subway

Won't be getting subway again anytime soon. Delivery fee was ridiculous, took over 1.5 hours to deliver, food was stone cold. Waste of money and time. Stay away.

Don’t even know how to make a hot chocolate??♀️! Staff member asked the other “how do you make a hot chocolate” so clearly not trained to make food/drink before they start working. The drink given to us was just a cup of bubbly milk and powder lump at bottom. Requested gluten free sandwich and staff member didn’t know what did/ didn’t contain gluten so was asking customer! Dangerous for people with allergies/ intolerances. Don’t usually leave reviews but this needs to be addressed.
