First visit at this business. Very slippery floor everywhere, definitely not suitable for people with crutches… PLEASE don’t even try.Food was HOT! Service was quick, within 5 minutes. The cashier didn’t know the name of the Pepsi, and the food, called everything as a ‘thingy’.The seating area is ICE COLD! No heating on…As I can see the reviews all of them 1-2 stars. And they still operate?!Just by the Litherland Tesco. Drive through and eat in.Parking: Spacious free private car park.Wheelchair accessibility: Floor is dangerous for people with walking aids! Stand waiting half an hour just to be served, then another 30-40 minutes just to receive your food. Staff will walk past the till and ignore you. Plenty of times they have run out of chicken also. Food is always stone cold. Staff you can tell can't be bothered and everything is a huge task for them, they end up screaming at each other. The basics such as napkins / cutlery / salt is always empty. It's awful. The food is poor, once I opened the meal and had 6 chips, they're diabolical both food and staff.

Absolutely disgusting service on drive through, I WOULD OF PREFERED TO GIVE NO STARS! young lad had "can't be bothered " attitude and when checking our orders found food barely warm, chips missing from meals ordered, when asked where they were heard the lad mumble ' I'm sick of this' I certainly will not be going to the Litherland KFC EVER AGAIN

Absolutely disgusting!! Ordered the Stuffing Stacker Burgers and they were that cold that even the 2 slices of cheese had not melted plus both were missing the stuffing! When I phoned to complain I was told it must be the drivers fault, I do not think this is the case rather that the food was all cold on leaving KFC.

Despite my previous bad review, i'm now updating it. Really good service and food. Seems like they've really improved. Will be back as a regular again. Thanks ?

Nice chips everything else was not the best, and I don't understand why you have to request cutlery when you get beans or coleslaw for sides? What do they expect you to eat with your hands ?

Me and my friend decided to go to this KFC as we were flying out on holiday the next day, we got there and ordered. The service was quick but the food had so much grease coming off it, you could tell it wasn't cooked properly. We cut a chicken wing open and it looked cooked at first. When we had eaten and got back, we were on and off the toilet all night because we basically had food poisoning. We will NEVER visit here again.

Just visited Hawthorne road , no pl are or Thankyou from server at the window . Chips were awful , bits of black in almost all , chicken was over cooked so like rubber . Never again !!!
