First visit at this business. Very slippery floor everywhere, definitely not suitable for people with crutches… PLEASE don’t even try.Food was HOT! Service was quick, within 5 minutes. Stand waiting half an hour just to be served, then another 30-40 minutes just to receive your food. Staff will walk past the till and ignore you. Plenty of times they have run out of chicken also. Food is always stone cold. Staff you can tell can't be bothered and everything is a huge task for them, they end up screaming at each other. The basics such as napkins / cutlery / salt is always empty. It's awful. The food is poor, once I opened the meal and had 6 chips, they're diabolical...read full review
