We visited the restaurant as a group of three and were seated at our booked table straight away. After waiting for 10 mins, and no staff had come over, we went to the bar to see if we could order food. You order at the bar at this restaurant ,but nobody had told us.All the dishes were great and arrived in good time and the Merlot was good too.It’s a bit of a drop and go style of service and there is very little interaction between the serving staff and you as a customer which is a bit odd. We still enjoyed our meal and would definitely visit again.

It was a WOWCHER visit for the Tapas offer, the staff were friendly and the food was excellent, the only minor issue was that no Malbec was available but the Merlot was a very nice replacement.

food was amazing staff where friendly female that served us don't think she was happyas it was just before food was closed and we arrived and had to rush to order and we thought we could have order desert after as you normally could but was told no sorry closed so no desert would have liked to try some as it was my daughter birthday but but everythink else amazing

Start by say food was exceptional we had wowchers and they where for 4 tapas and 2 cocktails the cocktails where delicious too however the hype was short lived as we where served by a young lady who was nothing but miserable and rude didn't smile once was more like a robot I have no idea how she works in hospitality with that kind of attitude in life it was my birthday as normally I would I made a complaint as she pit a massive negative vibe on us my daughter wanted some sauce to go with her meal which I was told you have to pay extra which I replied that's fine to then we'll the kitchen is closed .... we had no choice of sauce salt ,pepper nothing she was just so rude ... I would love to go back for the food and cocktails but the whole vibe wasn't me while they got all the chairs in from outside they opened the doors wide which made us all cold and the food my two year old was shivering ... also when I made a comment in regiards to the rude lady they member of staff shrugged his shoulder in response like what care I do he was aware but obviously felt as we did kitchen staff food was outstanding however on floor staff let it all down

This is becoming my regular go to place when meeting with friends and family at the Dock end of Liverpool. Spacious and comfortable surroundings - good choice of food at reasonable prices, and a friendly atmosphere. I went for lunch with my daughter yesterday, and was served by Sean(?), who was extremely helpful and friendly. Our food was brought promptly, and we even managed a sharing dessert. The only criticism was that other staff members (not Sean) reminded us on a number of occasions that they required us to vacate out table by 2pm - not terribly conducive to a relaxing meal. A return visit is on the cards soon.

I recommended All Bar One to my friends for an afternoon drink. How I wish I hadn't. The welcome we received was terrible. The staff working the floor in the bar were rude and made us feel as though we shouldn't be there. We will never return
