A overwhelming dirty store… overpriced …and with staff with the manners and attitudes of crackheads! Seriously don’t go there don’t use it!

Rapidly losing its community spirit of just a year ago. Heart-breaking for the locals.

Absolutely awful, staff unhelpful and was made to wait 10 minutes at the self serve till whilst staff walked past twice talking and standing around, when they finally looked up from their conversation there was no apology for my wait. Will not be returning! Only given 1 star as I cannot give 0.

With the exception of the security guys who are sound and very professional, I have never come accross so many vile nasty i’ll mannered and lazy staff in any supermarket I have been to. Literally never saw any customers cause them a problem but they all seem to hate everyone that comes in by default. They wouldn’t have jobs only for the customers need a serious retraining programme highlighting customer service and a degree of common courtesy imo. I have worked in retail and more myself and I appreciate that people have bad days but this level of rudeness and unhelpfulness from pretty much all the staff is beyond belief.

Attended hunt cross Asda yesterday. With my 4 year old daughter who has autism Come to the trolley self check out And a staff member was standing there older lady face like absolute thunder. Anyway my daughter who could see herself on the the big screen from security camera was laughing and playfully screaming its her way of communication. The lady working for you looked at her and shook her head my husband said to her shes just playing. Anyway we continued scanning our shopping and i heard a comment “that kids hurting my ears” I turned around and asked her what she had said she ignored me. Anyway she continued to say it again and the couple next to us even asked us if we had heard the comments about our daughter so my husband confronted her and ended up in row with your staff member who said you cant talk to me like that. Oh but you can talk about a child with a disability and give her horrible looks . Absolute vile

I popped into the store looking for a washing up bowl , after going up and down many aisles in my search i couldnt find it . I was about to give up when a female worker pushing a stock trolly walked by , she looked friendly and aproachable and i asked if she knew were the washing up bowls where. She had no hesitation in wanting to help me , but she had the same problem i had trying to locate it . She navigated many aisles in the search for the bowl haha . To say she went out of her way in trying to find it was an understatement finally she pin pointed its location it took a good ten minutes what a great member of staff to have , so helpfull and dedicated

Selfish and inconsiderate delivery drivers at Hunts Cross store. Since October 2022 they continue to park across a dropped kerb driveway on a weekly basis, blocking it completely while delivering elsewhere. Complete disregard for terminally ill person with mobility issues who needs that ease of access. Despite numerous complaints by email and phone to Asda with photographic proof since October 2022 they continue to block access. Not to mention its illegal to park across a dropped kerb. It's almost impossible to contact Home Delivery unless you want to place an order so we have now emailed Sam Dickson and Stuart Rose directly. I hope to provide an update on this soon.Update - Response to Molly at Asda who has responded on here. Molly, I don't have twitter or facebook. I don't do social media. I received a phone call on Saturday morning from Asda Corporate, the day after I complained. I'm just waiting to see what happens when Asda delivers again.

My review is about 2 thingsThe 1st one is why are the changing rooms not reopened it's very inconvenient having to buy the things and try them on in the toilet only to have to possibly return themThe 2nd part is about the toilets , they are absolutely disgusting there are splashes up the panels in between the cubicles and they are just very dirty and unhygenic and need redecoratingBoth of these matters are for the hunts cross store by the way

Visited customer service to exchange ASDA's own brand tomato ketchup as I had bought the 50% less sugar one by mistake. The classic one was not in stock and I didn't have a receipt on me but Pam very kindly put it on a gift card that I could use the next time I shopped. Thank you very much, Pam! Excellent customer service from ASDA!

UPDATE 20/12/22: No one from ASDA reached out about this to me by phone, email or even replying to this review so this should tell you how much they don't actually care about their customers. I know they're looking at reviews as well because they took no time at all to reply to someone about how they're not responsible for the Cafe but I guess when you need to take ownership of a problem by your company its easier to pretend you didn't see or hear. Honestly disgusting. Due to getting no official reply from this I don't see the need to keep the story up.

Had a delivery today from Asda, the driver’s name is David. I left a note asking for help as I suffer from MS, David went over and above any expectations, he offered more help than I’ve ever known and even checked if I was well before he left my house. I hope he gets to see this and knows that his help and concern was very very much appreciated.
