“This was my second time coming as we loved it so much the first time we decided to come back and the service was amazing, the food was phenomenal and the interior was gorgeous such a lovely place to come for a delicious meal and friendly service definitely recommend!

“We have visited Sultan's Palace a number of times in the past when we have been to Liverpool.  It is a very pretty restaurant, comfortable, open, spacious, plenty of room between tables, some nice individual booths making a very pleasant atmosphere. The two waitresses were very pleasant, attentive and professional.

For starters we had tandoori king prawns and salmon tikka both served on sizzlers with onion salad, both were excellent and delicious.

Main courses were Chicken Dansak and Chicken Jelfrezi with shared boiled rice and a garlic naan, which were all hot and fresh.  The Dansak sauce was perfect, it was excellent, the Jafrezi sauce was fine but did not have the usual hot green chillies and was not as spicy as we expected, the rice and naan were excellent.  The only other point I have to make was that thigh meat and is not to my liking, next time we will know.

Nonetheless, we had a lovely eating experience as always whenever we have eaten there. We will certainly come back again next time we're in Liverpool and would definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone.”

Even though you order everything at the same time, dishes comes out at random, which I didn't mind since it allowed us to pace ourselves. However, the service was mediocre. They need to have a better system in place to help them figure out whose ordered and who hasn't. We sat there a while before someone came by to take our order. Tables that sat well after us were able to order their food before we did.”
