Strongly Condemning Discrimination at Burger King, East Prescot Road, LiverpoolI am compelled to express my extreme disappointment following a deeply unsettling experience at Burger King on East Prescot Road in Liverpool today. My daughter and I, expecting a pleasant dine-in experience as per the online information, were shockingly denied this opportunity.Despite available space and other customers already seated, the staff abruptly informed us that only take-away was allowed. Their response was not only unhelpful but also conveyed an unwelcome and discriminatory attitude. It pains me to report that I felt targeted based on my color, encountering a level of racism that is both disheartening and unacceptable.Discrimination has no place in our society, and it certainly should not be tolerated in any establishment, especially one as widely recognized as Burger King. This incident has left me deeply offended and has tainted my perception of the brand.I urge the management to take immediate action against such discriminatory practices and instill a culture of inclusivity and respect within the staff. Racism should have no room in any business, and it is our collective responsibility to work towards a world where such incidents are unheard of.

They never fail to get out order wrong. I live a 12 mile round trip from this place and had to go back from home when we discovered part of our order was missing- 24 miles to get a burger king! Might as well of gone to Manchester to the better one there.

What a disgusting place this is I got 2 whopper meals when I got them there was no sauce on them and the bun was stail sent them back got a fresh whopper I went to eat it got it to my mouth and the stench of rotten meat hit me I nearly throu up I got a refund I will never go there again

Will never return absolutely shocking order 2 dorito Kings boxes meals burgers were awful we took the buns off to look inside just didn't look right am so glad we didn't eat them , the chicken fries tasted terrible soggy we returned the food asked for 2 whooper meals paid extra got 2 whooper burgers no chips the girl on the counter said we didn't return the chips from original order so that's why we only got the burgers.In the mean time the chicken fries we returned we noticed they put them back on serving heater ready for someone else . We then decided to return all food asked for a manager who was very helpful and full refund was given. Absolutely worst BK needs shutting down

If l could give a negative start l would have. Ordered 2 whoopers and a kids meal, the food was cold, whoopers had one onion a small slice of tomato. Went back and spoke with the manager and he told me that’s the way they make their burgers.

Me and my daughter have both been sick since eating from here recently. Presumably norovirus. Obviously the hygiene isn't up to standard. Also the hygiene rating was covered up!!!

Left the drive through with yet another item missing, seems every time your asked to park up it goes wrong one time got someone else's meal it's very poor

The place is covered in steel bars on the counter and also at the drive thru windows, you'd think it was a bank not a fast food outlet.Ordered my food at the counter (they don't have self service screens) and offered my phone so my rewards app could be scanned, the staff member looked blankly at it and said "what's that" i told him and his response was a miserable "we don't do that here" I paid for my food and waited in the most dreary burger king I've ever been to.Thankfully the food was very nice, even if the service and location was not.

Why oh why can't people make a burger when it's their job.. is it them or the business.Burger king needs to at least put in place a quality for everyone that pays money that their burger can be enjoyed.. higher robots or a decent chef.. I don't know how your business is still going

Missed out food items again. Paid £30 for cold burgers and missing sides. It’s just theft at the end of the day your taking money and not providing the items. Wages need docking. Suggest you get in contact before I come down there.
