APPALLING Do Not Eat Here first of all the staff were not friendly at all and to top it all off not one of them wore gloves preparing the food a young girl made a chicken royale and then proceeded to drag the bin over to the deep fryer took stuff out of it and then proceeded to go back to making them not washing her hands couldn’t eat my food at all it was so off putting

Atrocious service, considering the airport was so quiet for a prime time shift (5:30pm). The staff looked half asleep and when I collected my order the fries were missing, when I mentioned it, I was told "yeah, we haven't got any fries". I stood a few more seconds waiting for a follow up explanation or a resolution - nothing! I had to ask for them to refund the fries and explain to them that they should tell customers this before they order their food. I didn't even get an apology. Rude and useless staff with zero personality. I wouldn't employ people like that in a million years.

The worst meal I have had on a fast food chain. To start with...rude staff and not helpful,when I just jad a simple question about one of the item price from breakfast menu. Food when served was barely warm,and to top it all off the drinks(pour your own drink) was actually warm the coca cola,never ever have I had a warm cola. I tried different drinks and no success. I never leave review but this had to as its appalling.

Excellent service and very quick. Prices to be expected at an airport but overall a fantastic visit. Served by Anthony, great chap.

Went to grab a few burgers for the family early afternoon. The screens stopped working to order. Then had to wait in a large Q to be then told by a young local lad with black hair and said that there's no more food. It was only 4PM for goodness sake. When I asked about the food he shrugged his shoulders and I complained he became abusive to me in front of my family and other customers. He shouted" don't get shirty with me". I was so angry and upset and had to walk away, clearly this young lad was up for agro. A shocking way for a staff member to behave and treat the general public.

Absolutely appalling! So so slow 2 members staff got order wrong over charged! Food low quality don’t go !

Had a so call meal at Burger King Liverpool Airport,The mouthpiece in the back said no to getting fresh food was told to go somewhere else also asked for some items not to be on food was still put on for what we got was not worth the £32

I called this restaurant just now.The woman picked up and there was noise int the background,she said hi this is kaytlen speaking or something like that .I responded with hi is this Burger King and then they just hung up on me I was very offended because if I would've ordered from Burger King I wanna be my first meal in two weeks I was starving myself for two Weeks and I was on a water diet because people are being so horrible to me about how fat I am and I can't help that I have condition so thanks Burger King I didn't I'll be in for another two ⭐️weeks and I was on a water diet because people are being so horrible to me about how fat I am and I can't help that I have condition so thanks Burger King I didn't I'll be in for another two weeks one star or even no stars.

£13 for burger meal, burger was stone cold, it wasn't busy so I don't see why they couldn't get it right

This place is really great when you're travelling alone or with people. Service is fast, food is fresh and piping hot and staff was really helpful. In front of me there was a french guy that didn't speak a word of english and they still managed to get their order write without any problems. Really kind people. Gonna be back for sure.

The staff were all si miserable. I got served cold chips so I asked if I could have some warm ones the girl behind the counter just glared through me and fried some hot ones which she put that much salt on them you couldn't eat them, the coke machine was giving out watery coke but I didn't dare ask the staff to look at it. This happened on 6th May at 3 o'clock, I feel the staff on this shift need a bit more training in customer service x

Quick and easy to order, the self service machines don’t let you customize the burger is the only thing. Staff really nice and helpful and coke freestyle machine is good. Only real downside is airport prices but it’s the same everywhere

Would have it higher if not for increased prices for the sake of being within a airport given it’s a franchised company; meal was decent and the fry bags were actually full unlike most burger kings which sloppily give u medium sized portions despite paying for a large, the refillable drink’s similar to that of five guys was a nice touch. Girl at the till was lovely didn’t get her name to mention but she gave the sauces etc, Anthony asked us to review and he looks like a unit and he was keeping the place nice and clean what a lad
