Ordered food at 12pm didn’t arrive until 2:30pm called twice first time I called the phone was put down on me after being on hold for 5 minutes the second time I called had a very rude staff member telling me “that’s just how it is” when I told her I’d been waiting over an hour for my food. Then told me it would be ten minutes and was only just being cooked?? Only ordered a sausage butty and when it came it was freezing and tasted awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered at 11:30am and didn't get delivered until 2 hours later. Absolutely terrible, was told they were busy.. don't take other orders if over run. Won't be ordering from them again.

Absolutely disgusting breakfast was cold greasy the blt was threw through together no care given and made on bread with small amount of chicken the salad was a tomato the bacon was fatty my daughter got sausage on toast and it was ice cold never order from here again waste of money

Absolutely scandalous, ordered 4 tango ice blasts on deliveroo on Friday for myself and 3 work colleagues. After waiting 2 and half hours for my order it didn’t arrive. When appealing this to get a refund via deliveroo the cafe have lied to them and said it was delivered. Robbing me of £22 for 4 drinks! You should be ashamed!

Took over 4 hrs for food to arrive but was nice, so decided to try them again last weekend. 2hrs after we ordered rang to be told it will be with us any second. 1hr late rang back to be told it had been delivered. Not one phone call from them or door buzz. Just apparently a pic of the food outside the flat. Staff were extremely rude and hung up on us when we said no one had called us. Will never use this place again due to bad service and staff and shame as food was good.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery from uber eats, called twice told it wouldn't be long each time. In the end we had to cancel it because they were just lying about the times and felt like it was never going to arrive. Avoid at all costs
