Great range of hot drinks, sandwiches and sweet treats with vegetarian and gluten free options available too. The store is well presented and quite clean, friendly and welcoming staff with quick service too. Would recommend. Usually come here for a quick stop off in need of a coffee on my lunch break.Well located on Bold St and accessible by foot with nearby buses, trains and parking available. Toilets on site and disabled access too with comfy lounge décor furniture.

We didn't have any food, so I can't give a rating. But in all Caffé Nero cafes there's always a friendly face, when you walk into their one, no matter which one you go into, they are all so helpful, no matter how busy they are. But because they are so busy finding a comfy chair is sometimes a bit difficult. Shop clean and tidy, staff always look their best. Nice place to go to when you need a pick-me-up or a coffee/drink to go. And I've not gone into any that aren't wheelchair friendly.

Very quiet, two visits today. Usual good coffee and enjoyed a festive panini. Returned just after 5pm later, disappointed that my coffee was now served in a paper cup to drink in.

I went to meet my husband from an overseas trip with our pooch and we decided to call into Caffe Nero in Bold Street for a coffee before catching the train home. The staff were welcoming, and it was dog friendly so we ordered our coffees, cake and treat for the dog and settled down at a table at the back of the cafe. Everything was great for us until I needed the loo! Directions were easy to see and two toilets were available, Great. However, I couldn't tell if they were occupied and worse still, despite following the instructions on turning the dial to the right (or was it to the left) and pressing the buttons at the side in a particular order, the doors would not open. I did consider asking a member of staff for help but they had a queue of customers to serve. My husband and I had to make a hasty exit. I am sharing my experience in case other people choose to have coffee here with the intention of using the toilets as well. Unless you are good at puzzles, don't bother! I also noticed a group of four people walked into the cafe looking for a table to sit at before ordering drinks. As there was no signage to highlight the fact there was extra seating upstairs, they walked out. Such a shame as upstairs had plenty of space to enjoy. Perhaps more signage could used to guide customers upstairs.

Abrupt staff, dirty cutlery, watery hot chocolate which smelt fishy, worn out trays, no tables cleared for the entirety of our visit and worst of all there where dirty bin bags piled up at the bottom of the stairs. We definitely won't be going to this bold street branch again and also we will warning others to what this shops failures are.

We found this cafe , as there wasn't anywhere open. We queued for 10 minutes, as there was only 2 people in front. We ordered cold iced drinks and waited another 5 minutes. The staff didn't seem to have much oomph in them. We looked at the cakes, the selection looked old and tired. When our drinks arrived, mangoand passionfruit and Italian peach & strawberry, they were disappointing, tasted like a slushie, without a lot of taste. We have been to Nero 3 times( diffferent ones)and been disappointed each time

Chilled cafe, had the most gorgeous salted caramel cheesecake here. Only moan is the drinks are expensive, but other than that it's a lovely little cafe x
