We went for the first time ever on Friday 8th March in the afternoon and again the following Saturday 16th March in the evening and both times the staff were fantastic and so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The food was absolutely delicious and it is definitely going to be one of our go to places for food 5* all the way and highly, highly recommend

I've edited previous complaint review. This restaurant has made an absolute disgrace of alley gate at the back of kitchen, resulting in an infestation of rats to local area. The management have only replied once. I've contacted council in past and forced to again. The alley gate can be seen Pilgrim Street, L19hb. Please look before you eat there. Living close by, I can confirm it's none of the other retailers but Caribou Poutine, who don't care, leave food and waste outside, now, predictably leading to infestation. The staff stand outside wearing aprons they work in and clearly couldn't care less about hygiene or social value. The food smells lovely but please, eat there at your peril. As Liverpool City Council did little and I've sat watching rats amongst rubbish today. I will escalte this as far as I can as a public health concern.

Perfect poutine. Reasonably priced.

Constant fly-tipping on Pilgrim Street, blocking pavement and garage entry... staff and company do not seem to care about the local community.

Calorific food ! Beware of the ranch sauce which is heavily laden with salt and makes the food unpalatable for a discerning palette! (This sauce needs to be taken off menu and exchanged for a decent ranch sauce .Lots of emphasis on dirty fries with some chicken on top . Reasonable value for money . The cakes are costly but very tasty!

We decided to eat in. FREEZING COLD! My poutine wasn't hot enough to melt the curds. Very disappointed. We've eaten at Catbou since it opened in Skater Street. Won't be returning

Food was tasty and the good portion size but unfortunately the gravy, fries, maple chicken and steak were barely lukewarm. Would have been 5 stars if it was served hot to melt the garlic butter and

I’ve been coming here for years and without a doubt every time a friend comes to visit, I always proudly take them here! The food is 10/10 and service is always fantastic and as fast as they can go.Today on a busy Saturday, they were extremely busy and when I got the wrong order (my fault, it was complicated) they insisted on making me the correct one despite me saying it’s OK.Wonderful service, just hoping the owner will hire some extra people to help their staff on a Saturday :)

Your opening hours are poor. You need to stay open later. The drunk people want poutine.you are missing out on so many valuable customers we would give you so much money. You would recognise us and we could be friends but now we can’t cause you are never open. This is so disappointing to me and my friends.
